Driver's Education

This course is designed to teach safe and effective driving skills. Course includes supervised driving. Participants must be at least 15 years of age and possess a learner’s permit. GA law requires insurance companies to grant a 10% reduction in auto insurance rates. Class is limited to 32 students.* Driving time to be arranged by instructor. Length: 36 hours. Cost: $250.

Note: Beginning Jan 2007, GA law requires first time drivers to complete a driver’s education course or delay receiving license until age 17.

Lead Safe Certification

EPA regulations now mandate that any contractor or maintenance staff, from plumbers to electricians to painters, who distrurbs more than six square feet of lead paint, replaces windows or does any demolition while working in a pre-1978 home, school or day-care center, must now be Lead-Safe Certified and trained in lead-safe work practices. Length: 8 hours Cost: $300.

Forklift Certification

OSHA compliant Forklift Certification classes are provided for companies who require employees to drive a forklift truck. Length: 8 hours Cost: $85

OSHA Training

These 10-hour training programs provide an awareness of safety and with OSHA's requirments. Cards will be issued to participants. Courses can be customized to your business needs.

Real Estate Course

This is a computer-based independent study course that meets the requirements established by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for the pre-license course. Length:75 hours Cost: $375

CPR & First Aid

Courses offered the 2nd Saturday of each month: 8:00am Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers $50. 1:00pm Heartsaver CPR and First Aid $65.
